Workout & Interval Timer can be used for fitness or workouts, especially suitable for Tabata Training. You can configure workouts, intervals, and sets. As the interface is easy and simple, you can start it quickly.

Functions

■ Timer

・ You can set duration for workouts or intervals from 5 seconds to 59 minutes 55 seconds.
・The number of sets can be set from 1 to 99 sets.

■ Menu

・You can easily register the timer you often use.
・Up to 100 lists can be registered.

■ Sound, Vibration

・You can set on and off respectively.
・In silent mode, sounds aren’t available.

■ Read aloud

・You can set on and off.
・When reading aloud, the workout time and break time that you set are read aloud.
・There is no sound in the silent mode.
